Sean Lewis2025-05-12Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My mother and I booked the "Yellow School Bus" and it was a magical delight! My biggest regret is we didn't stay here longer! We did the typical American thing of overbooking ourselves and had to leave before we could experience the full joy of this property. There is a great fire pit, grill and pizza oven to make your food. A game room full of fun things to do with kids of all ages (even some taciturn teenagers who would have enjoyed it here!) The beds are deceptively comfy and I slept deeply surrounded in the green! Personally at 186cm (6'1") the school bus ceiling height was just a tad uncomfortable so just keep that under advisement if you are staying there. The double deckers don't look like they'd have that issue. Phenomenal place to holiday with a family and I wish we had stayed for a few more days. Plan a holiday here for now shorter than 3 days with your family and really embrace the beautiful scenery and eclectic experience that this farm offers. Shane Bevins2025-05-08Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stayed while visiting a friend as a group, the location is remote, peaceful with a serene view of the lake, the owners polite and accommodating. Amenities like the stone baked pizza oven, communal games room and local fishing spots are the perfect time for a getaway. I plan to come back with my family and friends again. I'd recommend it highly. John Doyle2025-04-26Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wow, what a glamping site. Stunning views and a beautiful walk around the farm. Everything you need for an amazing stay (highly recommend the hot tube) There is plenty to do for kids with a big indoor playroom with a pool table, table tennis, and loads of games and also a large green area. We stayed in the stage coach for 3 nights. There is a double bed over the driver Seat, a double and single over the back of the lorry with toilet and shower underneath, it has a sofa that pulls out into a double bed too, the most comfortable beds ever. It lashed rain on one of the nights, and the sound of the rain on the roof made the best nights sleep for everyone lol. It's our fifth glamping spot we have been too and by far the best one yet. We will definitely be back 100% Pawel Gajewski2025-04-22Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It was an absolute delight staying at Glasson Glamping Farm! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of tranquility and charm. "The Log House" itself was so comfortable and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Waking up to the sounds of the countryside and the fresh Irish air was simply magical. The farm itself is stunning, and we loved exploring the grounds. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, offering helpful tips about the local area and making us feel truly looked after. Even had a visit of Easter Bunny with Egg Hunt for kids. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful landscapes this part of Ireland, and returning to the cozy comfort of our glamping log house after a day of adventure was always a treat. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful evenings under the starswith hot tub ready for us. Honestly, our stay at Glasson Glamping Farm exceeded all expectations. It's a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, offering a unique and unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. Five stars all the way! Thank You Anne-Marie and husband which name I cant remember 😃👍 Brian Walsh2025-02-09Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Such a unique and cool place!! I stayed in the green bus with my wife and two kids aged 2 and 4. Adrian and his wife could not have been more helpful!! The cosy wood pellet stove has us toasty in really cold temperatures. Cooked pizzas in the wood fire oven and great facilities for cooking a fry up in the mornings. Great games room also! We all can't wait to go back, hopefully this summer!! Wendy Surpless2024-10-28Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just spent three nights in Stagecoach - myself and adult daughter. Great setup and no real need to leave the farm once you land. You can walk or cycle to various points along the lake directly from the farm. We cooked two nights and found the place well kitted out and smartly organized. On the 3rd night we went to Grogans in the village of Glasson - also excellent, and great vibe. The hot tub was good fun and really easy to work - mostly because they set it up for you (wood fired) and you have nothing to do except enjoy it. The bathroom in the stage coach was great, lovely shower space. Would love to go back and take over one of the buses as well - genius mud kitchen onsite for kiddies, thoughtfully done. Lovely staff. Athlone Castle provided enough distraction for a rainy day too. Google rating score: 4.8 of 5,

Karen31. October, 2024.Verified Glamping family adventure Just back from a nite on the green bus with my husband and 4 children. Such a great adventure! We all loved it, especially the children. Our hosts were wonderful, very welcoming! Made homemade pizzas and cooked them in their pizza oven. Toasted marshmallows later over our wood burning fire. Children easily entertained in the games room and ample room for games of footie outside, along with feeding carrots to the donkeys! Excellent catering facilities available. Our bus was lovely and warm, with the wood pellet stove. Beds nice and comfy. Place immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially those with a young family. We look forward to coming back. Massive thanks 🤩 Wander616612684634. August, 2024.Verified Breathable, peaceful, Breathtaking, Enjoyable and memories to last a lifetime 😊 We went for a family getaway before back to school and no better way to enjoy it with my boys than staying on the big yellow school bus, My children had a ball having their freedom playing football while making new friends, there is alot to do e.g. Wellness Walk, Games room while we relaxed and got the firepit started for roasting Marshmallows and making smores 😊 under the starry night. The glamping site is very clean and well looked after, The creative and decor and all the hardwork gone into this business is phenomal 💝. My children did not want to come home we cannot wait to return. If you are not a driver you can avail of a local bus service to and from. Adrian and the team were very nice 😊 and if you need anything there are numbers provided on-site. Lisa M15. August, 2024.Verified Beautiful Place Our family of five stayed in The Lakeview Apartment. Stayed in the red bus for 2 nights. And I could not fault anything about the stay. Adrian is a gentleman and is on site for any issues that might arise. It's just such a fun, relaxing getaway. louise S7. April, 2024.Verified Green bus family stay Brilliant experience, we stayed un the green bus and had a ball. The kids absolutely loved it. The fire oven for cooking pizza is lovely and there's a great games room and a lovely farm walk. Kids loved the novelty of the bus and private toilets were perfect. Area was spotless and the hosts were fabulous. Would highly recommend a visit, we will definitely return. Mercedes K24. Excelente. Shane N15. February, 2024.Verified Relaxation Location The experience as a whole was amazing. We booked our stay for Valentine’s Day in the log house and were greeted with a rose and some lovely chocolates upon arrival. We met Adrian a few times and he was really nice, very helpful and overall just a great host. He explained everything to us including how to use the wood fire hot tub and we had a really nice night in it with only the ambient lighting from the tub around us. An extremely good relaxation location and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for such a thing. Extraordinary6974764. Kathy24. May, 2025.10Verified Exceptional ☺ It was beautiful, we really enjoyed the night away. Will definitely be back. Naomi24. May, 2025.10Verified Exceptional Molloy13. May, 2025.9.0Verified Wonderful ☺ We stayed in the red bus. It was very clean, bedding was spotless. Our stay was very enjoyable ☹ Nothing Anna13. May, 2025.10Verified interesting experience ☺ This is a campsite, so I'm giving my review by comparing it to other similar places. It would be unfair to compare a farm to a hotel. That said, my stay was great! The house was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The toilet is outside the building, but it's private because it belongs to that unit only. The showers are shared, which wasn't a problem at all — the bathroom is spacious and very comfortable. It's excellent for kids — my son was delighted! Emma12. May, 2025.10Verified Amazing spot and will come back ☺ Absolutely loved the our accommodation, the quirkiness, felt like a home away from home had everything you needed. Comfy beds and plenty of room. Being dog friendly and closed off area so you could sit back and watch our dog run around and have fun was amazing. It’s peaceful and the views are beautiful. We sadly didn’t use the hot tub this time but next time we will. The wood pellet stove is a lovely touch to the space. Lightening outside at night is lovely. Even all the little touch’s around the grounds birdfeeders and minions are so lovely. ☹ There wasn’t anything we didn’t like or enjoy about our glamping chalet. Whittle9. May, 2025.10Verified Amazing ☺ The peace the quiet Bevins8. May, 2025.10Verified Exceptional ☺ Loved the quiet privacy and antique rural environment. It was a fully equipped and modern setup that felt nostalgic. ☹ Nothing really, even the wake up call by the birds was gentle and nice. Aymeric28.
